ends are first cast in solid 10 karat gold and Landstroms then articulates them with 12 karat Black Hills Gold leaves and grapes and attaches the band to a particular watch dial to create a finished Black Hills Gold watch style.

Similarly, Landstrom's new MWB9218-BLK-09249 mens Black Hills Gold watch also features a Speidel Twist-O-Flex expansion band with ends made by Landstroms. What is different is that the watch band ends on this model are made from a brass base metal, instead of 10 karat gold, which is then powder-coated with black enamel.
